Wendy remembers starting her very first novel at the age of nine.  "Let's have a writing contest," she had said to her sister. The sister was not much into writing but grumbled okay. It took a day to complete.  The next novel was written in junior high school. It was a romance  Wendy worked on between classes. Literary great? Not quit but it did start the frame work of her passion.

She had complete three manuscripts and was busy working on mustering up the nerve to start looking for a publisher when her computer caught on fire. Al l of the manuscripts died with the computer. This put on a writer's block that lasted years. What inspired her to start writing again? Two wonderful college English teachers!

Wendy lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her two children. She runs her childcare during the day. When she isn't doing that you would find her writing or participating in another writing activities- such as helping others with their writing or doing research. She is also a member of Romance Writers of American and the local chapter Valley of the Sun Romance Writers.
